The instant water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real-time. It heats only the water that passes through it at that moment. There is no hot water storage tank. This has many advantages, such as energy savings, since only the water that is used is heated, and longer lifespan, as there is no water tank and no accumulation of salts in the resistance and other components.

It operates with electricity and is single-phase.

The instant water heater has an inlet pipe for cold water, which passes through the heating element, gets heated, and exits through the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the instant water heater to initially operate is the pressure of the incoming cold water should not be too low.
