The Syrah from the Saint Cosme winery is one of the most representative and opulent Syrahs of the region. The Serine variety used is one of the oldest clones and an old name for the Syrah variety.

The 2019 Vintage is truly considered one of the Estate's best, full of charm and magic. A rich and opulent wine that exudes elegance and power from the unique terroir, personality from the Serine, and a spicy character, with intense flavors of fruit, leather, and smoked meats typical of a Syrah.
