Description

Grapes of the Malagousia variety are left to overripe on the vines only in years when weather conditions permit. They are pressed and vinified in French oak barrels, where they age for three years. The fermentation is slow and completes months later.

It has a dark golden color and an aromatic "nose" with characters of white-fleshed fruits, such as peach, pear, and mango.

The high oiliness of the mouth is accompanied by a sweet background and very good acidity.

Served cold, at 6°C.
