For each parameter of the Accutrend Plus, it uses different strips specially designed by Roche.

    I used it for two boxes of cholesterol and it got damaged. It doesn't measure the time for the result. I called the phone number listed in the instructions, but there is no one responsible to tell me how to fix it!!!! If it can be fixed!!! What a waste of money I spent!!

    I always measured my cholesterol 2 or 3 times. Almost always the difference between the readings was over 30 units. Sometimes it was up to 70 units (e.g. 170-240), for such an expensive device. I sent it to the company and they told me it was normal. It's a matter of personal judgment. I really wonder about the origin of even the slightest positive comments.
