    I had already done teeth whitening with gel that you put in trays at home, which simply removes stains, it is not chemical. My dentist recommended Inaden for maintenance and to keep the color over time. I see that it works, my teeth remain in good condition. I would also recommend it to someone who hasn't done whitening because I believe it lightens the teeth by 1 or 2 shades and removes stains!!
