be careful, never put drops on top of contact lenses, always put the drops in the eyes first and then, after 5 minutes, apply the lenses

I have tried both the ultra and the Hydrate. In my opinion, they are the best. They do not leave any residue on the eyelids.

My elderly mother has been using them daily for the past few years, and we have forgotten about the ophthalmologist. Before these, she had dry eyes and frequent irritations in her eyes. It is also noteworthy that one eyelid had ptosis, which was bothersome when reading and doing other activities, and with these drops, the eyelid was completely lifted.

The drops for dry eyes are No1. They do their job perfectly for the condition I am dealing with in my eyes. The problem, however, and that's why the 4 stars, is that the dispenser is terrible. You can't put drops in your eyes by yourself at all, because you can't estimate the force needed for them to drip into your eye. Most of the time, the eye gets flooded with liquid which of course ends up wasted on your cheeks, resulting in high consumption. Someone else has to put the drops in for you so that the required amount is used...

Personally, they didn't work at all for me. I have a serious issue with dry eyes and my eyes barely produce moisture. This particular eye drop made my eyes red, painful, and caused me to have crusts, as if I had an allergy.

I have severe dry eye (sjogren) and this is the only thing that helped me. It's like simple drops, it doesn't leave an unpleasant feeling in the eyes but it does its job more than enough.

While I am satisfied with the product, the packaging is not convenient at all, resulting in half of the product being wasted. It takes a considerable amount of time to get a drop out and have it properly fall into the eye.

I have been using it for about 2 weeks, for severe dry eye, however it sticks quite a bit to the eye after use, two drops fall together, I will continue to use it because my ophthalmologist insists. Systane ultra seems better to me.

Very good drops for something more than just artificial tears. They moisturize and relieve, although obviously they do not lubricate as much as a gel for dry eyes. At night, at least two applications are needed, and some residue remains on the eyelashes. While the new formulation has a better composition without preservatives, there is a relative waste of drops (but this avoids possible contamination). With severe dry eyes, I used up a bottle in about 2 weeks, in combination with single-dose artificial tears.

Very good eye drops, but.... Waste!
The new nozzle that exists is not good at all, you lose drops that fall everywhere except in the eye. In the old bottle, I didn't lose a drop, even the last drop that existed.

I have tried many products and this one is quite good, although it doesn't fully meet my needs, especially because it is not meant to be used multiple times due to its preservatives that irritate my eyes. I have an issue with post-herpetic neuralgia that affects half of my face and the area around my eye, and for several months now I have been dealing with dryness, redness, and irritation in my eyes. I have tried many market eye drops, but I am still looking for something better. I was initially thinking of giving it 3 stars, but maybe I will give it 4 stars in the long run, considering other options available here.

I use the computer for 12 hours every day and my eyes constantly burn. With these specific drops, the burning has been greatly reduced and I feel immediate relief when I put them in. It should be noted that these drops contain preservatives and you can use them up to 4 times a day. If you need drops more than 4 times, find ones that do not contain preservatives.

Excellent drops. Due to permanent dryness after laser surgery for myopia and daily prolonged computer use, I have been using almost all drops for the past 15 years. These specific ones are the only ones that truly relieve me and their effect lasts.
