Description

The Aidarini family is one of the oldest winemaking families in the Goumenissa region. They have been producing fine wines and tsipouro in the area since the late 19th century. Today, they are a living part of the wine tradition of this exceptional winemaking region.

  • Owned vineyards covering approximately 50 acres, at an altitude of 250 meters in Filiri of Kilkis.
  • The winemaking process was carried out in a way that allows time to play with the transformation of this unruly, proud, and simultaneously imposing Xinomavro.
  • It aged for 24 months under the care of oak trees before being bottled without passing through filters.
