I have been using them continuously for 5 years in the freezer and sometimes in the microwave and they have not been damaged at all.

The best storage containers I have tried so far. The convenient thing is that they can go in the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. The capacity (300ml) was also helpful because most of the ones I have seen are much smaller. There are also 6 containers. The plastic material is not very thin. I will definitely choose them again.
