    I bought this ladder 3 or 4 months ago. Quite far from my area. It is indeed heavy. So far, so good. But as soon as I climb up from the second step and above, the whole thing shakes and every time I tried, I almost got hurt. I contacted the store in Sterea Ellada where I bought it and they asked me to send a video for them to check and return the ladder. Oh, my luck. I kept the ladder and I'm crying over the 88.00 euros, including shipping, that the ladder cost me. I don't know who I owe for this to happen, but I owe no one.
