Χρησιμοποιείται για μόνωση και στεγανοποίηση ηλεκτρικών καλωδίων, σωλήνων, λάστιχων και εξαρτημάτων σε σκάφη ή αυτοκίνητα. Παρέχει αδιάβροχη στεγανοποίηση και αντέχει σε πίεση έως 8 bar και σε θερμοκρασία έως 200°C, ή έως 260°C για μικρά διαστήματα.
