A very good product with excellent capabilities. I have used both the 2-wire version and the TCP/IP version, powering all devices easily and quickly through POE. The notification and control of the door from the mobile phone is a must. The device can also be connected to a recorder, so now you have not only an intercom but also recording or monitoring of the area. With the appropriate additions, you can also have control of the entrance with a card or a code. Also, the ability for someone to leave you a message in case they can't find you at home or the office, etc.

I bought this product along with the Nametag module, which provides 6 additional buttons, and the external box for these 2 modules. The total cost for these 3 pieces was around €230, and essentially I created an external button panel with 7 buttons. The reason we purchased it is because it supports the SIP protocol, so it could be connected to our VoIP telephone system in order to route each of the external buttons to any internal phone with any IF scenario.
Unfortunately, in practice, the device supports SIP in its own way and had several bugs during setup. I have been in contact with Hikvision's technical department for Europe, but we haven't been able to find a solution. It seems to only work with other devices from the same company, which doesn't make sense for SIP technology. We purchased another SIP intercom from Fanvil, which we installed in 5 minutes and it worked perfectly without any issues.
