Iron Series. New line of cast iron cookware by Woll. Includes unique pieces made from handcrafted cast iron (malleable iron) with enameling, resistant to very high temperatures. Woll’s high-quality products are designed to satisfy even the most demanding chefs. All items in the series are suitable for all cooktops, including induction.

Construction
All products in the Iron series are manufactured through a distinct casting process for each piece. Specifically, molten iron at 1500°C is poured by experienced artisans into special sand molds. When the cast iron cools, the sand molds are removed, leaving the ready body of the cookware.
Enamel-coated interior and exterior surface
The interior of the Iron series cookware features an enamelled black surface that provides maximum resistance to scratches. It also makes cleaning after cooking very easy. Malleable iron is perhaps the best material for heat retention, allowing you to cook at much lower temperatures and save energy in the process.
Top design for perfect cooking
The interior of the cookware is designed to have a textured surface where juices from cooking collect in small gaps, enhancing flavor in addition to providing non-stick properties.
Handles and colors
All pieces feature extra side removable silicone handles for protection against high temperatures. The lids have handles made from high-quality heat-resistant stainless steel. The entire collection is available in three stunning colors: gray, red, and blue.

Woll accompanies each Iron series grill with a unique ribbed grilling press also made of cast iron, allowing you to cook meat simultaneously from both sides.
