After 1.5 years of use, I can say that it has saved me. Although, along with the purchase, I also bought a wireless charging - exclusively for the AirPods - the case would heat up like crazy after a few minutes and for fear of damaging the AirPods, I did not charge it wirelessly again and its use is exclusively as a protective case! Overall, a value for money product!
