I previously had a press from the same brand. It's nothing new to me. The difference between the new one and the old one is the temperature of the plate. The old one ironed with the temperature of the plate and the steam worked as an aid. Now it's the opposite. I mostly iron sheets... with the old one they came out 'like paper' in much less time. With the new one, the time has doubled without being able to achieve the same result.

The photos in the manual were not the same as the device. The use we have made so far is very limited. From the very first moment, stains appeared on the fabric base during use, as if from rust. These seem to be spreading. Additionally, the fabric surface of the base shows wet spots during ironing.

I have had this iron for 25 years. I only had to replace the water pump once. The best purchase I have made!

Bought it for 400 euros 8 years ago.
It requires some getting used to if you come from a regular iron, it's good to also see some tips on the internet that will greatly reduce ironing time.
I use demineralized water and haven't had to change the filter, also haven't had any issues with salts.
The only problem you will definitely encounter (if they haven't changed it) is that on the handle that goes down to close the press and press the clothes, there is a plastic pin about 10 centimeters long which breaks after a few uses under the pressure we exert, for example, on a thick towel when it is folded 2-3 times.
So either don't press the press too hard on the clothes or remove the pin and replace it with a brass one, for example (that's what I did), which I bought from a store with irons.
Since then until today, it works without any problems for a family of 4.

Useless! Within 30 days, a screw broke and the warranty did not cover it. We paid for the repair and within an hour it broke again. Stay away from this press!!!!!!
