The device has relatively good accuracy. With Teltonika Configurator, you can configure many functions. There is extensive documentation on the manufacturer's website, but support ends there. The only way to communicate is through a form (they do not provide an email), or through the community forum (where they respond whenever they want).

Inside the package, there was a sim card. I asked how to activate it, but I never received a response. Eventually, I got an IoT sim, and it worked without any problem.

To track the position, you need access to a server. Teltonika advertises that it offers free access. I requested an account, but almost 10 days later, I have not received a response. Eventually, I set up an open-source tracking server (traccar) on my own machine and it works there.

Once you configure it to your specifications (device and server), it works flawlessly. But it takes a lot of time to find the right settings to reach that point...

The battery is 1800mAh and it is the largest one offered by the company. With the device in full operation, it lasts a little less than two days. In Sleep Mode (it has different levels), it can last up to one week. Generally, it has many parameters (how often to wake up, send messages, and go back to sleep, etc.).

Overall, the device does what it promises, but you need to dedicate a lot of time to its configuration.
