Description

Chateau Miraval Rosé, from the estate in Provence, where its history begins in the Middle Ages and continues to the present day, becoming more well-known since it came into the ownership of the couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

With an intense nose reminiscent of white flowers, small red berries, freshly cut strawberries, and ripe Morello cherries. Round and smooth on the palate with aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, and hints of salinity. It is balanced, persistent, and has a soft finish. Serve at 10-12˚C and pairs well with any Mediterranean dish.

Character: Bright pale rosé color and elegant aromas of peach, red berries, freshly cut strawberries, citrus fruits, raspberry, ripe Morello cherries, and white flowers. Balanced, rounded, with impressive freshness, subtle minerality, salinity thanks to traces of brine, and a particularly long aftertaste.

Varieties: Cinsault, Rolle, Grenache, and Syrah.

Vinification: 95% in stainless steel tanks and 5% in barrels with regular stirring.

Serving suggestion: Served at 10-12 °C and pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine, finger food, seafood, but can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
