Honey and smoke in the background express the very subtle barrel. Usually, after the first or second year, some benzoic aromas (similar to aged Riesling) that are characteristic of the variety and many lovers of such wines crave appear.

On the palate, it is full, dry, and oily with refreshing acidity and a very long finish, while the citrus stands out in the mouth.

The aftertaste leaves a fruity sensation in the mouth that lasts.
