Be careful with how much water you add! I drink it with half a glass of water and it's perfect without feeling weird about its taste!

For years now, it has been used after workouts. Very good and light supplement.. be careful with the water dosage.. the taste is ruined if there is too much or too little water respectively.
Also, a tip. Put it in cocoa and you will have an energy drink.

I have only taken it during periods of illness and I think it helps restore hydration. I haven't tried it in the summer when I lose a lot of fluids to see the result. The strawberry flavor is very sweet but it's ok, it can be drunk.

I don't know if all electrolytes have this taste but I got it for rehydration after gastroenteritis. I drank it supposed to replenish the fluids from vomiting and it has such a bad taste that I vomited again with the second sip. That's it.

I have been using the product for years and I trust it. It has never bothered my stomach, which is important considering that someone usually takes it after vomiting or diarrhea. The strawberry flavor is excellent, and the sachets are convenient.

It has a terrible taste... And even in 1 liter of water that I put the sachet, I couldn't drink it. Neither did the kids want it. I won't buy it again.

Ok, it may be a downside that it has a very sweet strawberry flavor, which if you're not a fan, you won't be crazy about it either. The taste is excellent compared to previous Almora products, but don't expect to drink... nectar. Since I have an issue with heat in general, I take electrolytes every summer: one sachet (or tablet) around noon, after consuming 2-3 glasses of water (until 12 o'clock). It is generally good to drink a glass of water as soon as we wake up, in order to help our body "wake up". I believe that hydrating our body is a particularly important aspect that many of us ignored/ignore. Unfortunately, when we reach the point of thirst, it is already late (our body is already dehydrated). When I started using Almora (in combination with increasing my daily water intake), I noticed a difference in my energy, my mood, and even in symptoms caused by heat such as discomfort and slight dizziness. I will continue using it.

I don't know if it actually helps. But its taste is awful. None of my children can drink it. I tried it myself and it does have a very bad taste.

It differs a lot from the older Almora versions, it has this unpleasant strawberry taste that a child cannot take sip by sip, even though it is sweet, it is simply undrinkable.

Coming from the hospital (food poisoning), I went to the pharmacy to ask for something to help me stay on my feet because I was feeling dizzy and couldn't walk properly! They gave me this product and I honestly didn't expect such a fast improvement! The taste of the strawberry is a bit bad, but the more you drink it, the more you get used to it.

I got gastroenteritis and so far the vomiting has stopped from the first sachet. Now, for the diarrhea, the first sachet didn't do the job. I have taken two more today. If the diarrhea stops, I will write again. It's a lot of money for 12 sachets.
