I have it for over a year! We are very satisfied. We make pasta without eggs, without preservatives, just with fine semolina, a little flour, and water, and the kneading is done! You can fill the basket with 400g of ingredients plus 150g of water, and in 15 minutes you are ready to have your own pasta: spaghetti, lasagna, short pasta, tagliatelle, pastitsio! Relatively quiet, easy to clean with several parts that can be washed in the dishwasher. Get a hanger base as well, you can store the desired quantity in the freezer and use it whenever you want!
