The disadvantage concerns the delivery that was delayed and they told us to go and pick it up while we had declared an address and we thought it would come home. The company should have better communication with the carriers and inform the customer so that they have the option of home delivery or waiting in line at the agency for pick up. It's difficult when there are babies.
Ειναι πολυ καλο,το παιδι σκεπτεται και δημιουργει αρκετη ωρα.Κανει κατασκευες και εκτος τις προτεινομενες.Το μειονεκτημα αφορα τη μεταφορικη που αργησε και μας ειπαν να παμε να το παραλαβουμε ενω ειχαμε δηλωσει δ/νση και πιστευαμε οτι θα ερθει σπιτι.Θα επρεπε η εταιρια να κανει καλυτερη συνεννοηση με τους μεταφορεις και ενημερωση με τον πελατη ωστε να εχει επιλογη για παραλαβη στο σπιτι η να περιμενει στην ουρα του πρακτοριου για παραλαβη.Δυσκολο οταν υπαρχουν και μωρα.
