Well, after many months of using the product on a daily basis (I come from the equivalent moller's plus, it's pretty much the same), a lot of money spent in search of a good multivitamin and based on my blood tests, this will not be just a review, but a testament. First of all, I should note that I have been suffering from autoimmune hypothyroidism of the Hashimoto type for many years, so I had all the symptoms of the disease. For example, fatigue, poor memory, intolerance to cold, bad mood, etc. I'm not used to praising products because I cringe every time people do it with supposedly miraculous potions. Personally, for me, this particular formulation has radically changed my life. The most noticeable effects are:
1. The brain functions at much better rates and my memory has become much clearer.

Καταρχας να σημειώσω ότι πάσχω από αυτοάνοσο υποθυροειδητιδα τύπου Hashimoto εδώ και πολλά χρόνια, οπότε είχα και όλα τα συμπτώματα της εν λόγω ασθένειας. Excellent product. I will buy them again. In fact, someone from my elderly environment bought them and told me the best things. I used it for the first time last year at the beginning of winter to help with colds, etc. (pre-COVID). After about 1 month of use, I noticed a remarkable change in my hair and skin. My hair became stronger and grew much faster than before using it, and although it had visibly thinned, it gradually started to thicken. Το χρησιμοποίησα πρώτη φορά πέρσυ στις αρχές του χειμώνα για να με βοηθήσει στα κρυώματα κλπ(προ covid). Μετά από περίπου 1 μήνα χρήσης διαπίστωσα αξιοσημείωτη αλλαγή στα μαλλιά και το δέρμα. Τα μαλλιά μου δυνάμωσαν και μακριναν πολύ πιο γρήγορα από όσο πριν τη χρήση κι ενώ είχαν εμφανώς αραιώσει άρχισαν σταδιακά να πυκνώνουν. Σχετικά με το δέρμα υπήρξε εμφανής βελτίωση στην ξηροδερμια προσώπου και για πρώτη φορά στην ενήλικη ζωή μου έβγαλα ολόκληρη χρονιά χωρίς ούτε μισή σταγόνα κρέμας. Στην ξηροδερμια του τριχωτού υπήρξε μικρή βελτίωση. Στην καθημερινή απόδοση δεν είδα κάποια βελτίωση, βέβαια δεν αντιμετωπιζα και ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα. Στα κρυώματα και τις ιώσεις.. τι μπορώ να σχολιάσω εν μέσω της χειρότερης πανδημίας εδώ κ 100 χρόνια. Ένα κρύωμα που πέρασα τέλη του χειμώνα -μαρτη του 2020- και δεν ξέρω αν ήταν κοβιντ 19 καθώς Δεν έκανα κάποιο τεστ, το πέρασα ελαφρά, με λίγο πυρετό και λίγη δυσφορία για 3 με 4 μέρες. Πάντως σίγουρα πιο ελαφριά σε σύγκριση με κρυώματα/ιώσεις πριν τη χρήση του σκευάσματος. Δεν διαπίστωσα καμία διαταραχή στον ύπνο, ούτε ένιωσα κάποια ανησυχία ή υπερένταση κατά τη διάρκεια της χρήσης του. Συνολικά θεωρώ ότι το προϊόν Μ φάνηκε χρήσιμο και ένιωθα τον οργανισμό να λειτουργεί καλύτερα και πιο ισορροπημένα και συνεχίζω τη χρήση του κατά τη διάρκεια αυτού του χειμώνα.

The last 2 years or so, anxiety and sadness have reached their peak due to some health issues in my environment. My body had collapsed even though I was taking some multivitamins. Intense fatigue, poor sleep quality, and lethargy, resulting in very poor mental state. I have been taking it for 2 months now with my husband and we have seen tremendous difference. 1. Ο εγκαφαλος λειτουργεί σε πολύ καλύτερους ρυθμούς και η μνήμη μου έγινε πολύ πιο καθαρή.
2. Αλλάζει η διάθεση, και σε συνδυασμό με την "καθαρότητα" του μυαλού, νιώθεις μεγαλύτερη αυτοπεποίθηση.
3. Στην απαιτητική πρωινή δουλειά που ήθελε ένα καθαρό μυαλό, πλέον μπορώ να ανταπεξέλθω χωρίς να "κοιμάμαι όρθιος".
4. Διόρθωσε κάποιες τιμές στις αιματολογικες όπως TSH, T4 και Τ3
5. Περισσότερη ενέργεια μέσα στην ημέρα.
Θα επανέλθω για περισσότερες παρατηρήσεις, να δω πως θα μου βγει ο χειμώνας με αυτά.

I started taking them with tremendous fatigue, it took about a month for them to kick in, but once they did, I never felt tired or exhausted again, etc. I should note that I was already working long hours as a freelancer, with late nights and demanding schedules, while also taking care of the house and another child. Λεχωνα τα ξεκινησα με τρομερη υποτονικοτητα εκανε κανα μηνα να με πιασει αλλα αποταν με επιασαν δεν ξανα ενοιωσα κουραση υπερκοπωση κλπ. Να σημειωσω πως 2μηνων λεχωνα δουλευα ηδη μεγαλα ωραρια λογω του οτι ειμαι ελευθερος επαγγελματιας .ξενυχτια απαιτητικα ωραρια και παραλληλα τη φροντιδα του σπιτιου εχοντας αλλο ενα παιδακι ηδη! Δεν τα αλλαζω με τιποτα!!
Excellent product. I will buy them again. In fact, someone from my elderly environment bought them and told me the best things. They have tried other dietary supplements over time, but this is the best. You should try it. Additionally, while other supplements bothered my stomach, I had no issues with these.
Εξαιρετικό προϊόν. Θα τις αγοράσω ξανά. Τις πήρε μάλιστα άτομο του περιβάλλοντος μου μεγάλης ηλικίας και μου είπε τα καλύτερα. I used it for the first time last year at the beginning of winter to help with colds, etc. (pre-COVID). After about 1 month of use, I noticed a remarkable change in my hair and skin. My hair became stronger and grew much faster than before using it, and although it had visibly thinned, it gradually started to thicken. As for the skin, there was a noticeable improvement in facial dryness, and for the first time in my adult life, I went a whole year without using any cream. There was a slight improvement in scalp dryness. In terms of daily performance, I didn't see any improvement, but I didn't have any particular issues to address. As for colds and infections... what can I comment in the midst of the worst pandemic in 100 years? I had a cold at the end of winter - March 2020 - and I don't know if it was COVID-19 as I didn't take any tests, but it was mild, with a slight fever and discomfort for 3 to 4 days. Το χρησιμοποίησα πρώτη φορά πέρσυ στις αρχές του χειμώνα για να με βοηθήσει στα κρυώματα κλπ(προ covid). Μετά από περίπου 1 μήνα χρήσης διαπίστωσα αξιοσημείωτη αλλαγή στα μαλλιά και το δέρμα. Τα μαλλιά μου δυνάμωσαν και μακριναν πολύ πιο γρήγορα από όσο πριν τη χρήση κι ενώ είχαν εμφανώς αραιώσει άρχισαν σταδιακά να πυκνώνουν. Σχετικά με το δέρμα υπήρξε εμφανής βελτίωση στην ξηροδερμια προσώπου και για πρώτη φορά στην ενήλικη ζωή μου έβγαλα ολόκληρη χρονιά χωρίς ούτε μισή σταγόνα κρέμας. Στην ξηροδερμια του τριχωτού υπήρξε μικρή βελτίωση. Στην καθημερινή απόδοση δεν είδα κάποια βελτίωση, βέβαια δεν αντιμετωπιζα και ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα. Στα κρυώματα και τις ιώσεις.. τι μπορώ να σχολιάσω εν μέσω της χειρότερης πανδημίας εδώ κ 100 χρόνια. Ένα κρύωμα που πέρασα τέλη του χειμώνα -μαρτη του 2020- και δεν ξέρω αν ήταν κοβιντ 19 καθώς Δεν έκανα κάποιο τεστ, το πέρασα ελαφρά, με λίγο πυρετό και λίγη δυσφορία για 3 με 4 μέρες. Πάντως σίγουρα πιο ελαφριά σε σύγκριση με κρυώματα/ιώσεις πριν τη χρήση του σκευάσματος. Δεν διαπίστωσα καμία διαταραχή στον ύπνο, ούτε ένιωσα κάποια ανησυχία ή υπερένταση κατά τη διάρκεια της χρήσης του. Συνολικά θεωρώ ότι το προϊόν Μ φάνηκε χρήσιμο και ένιωθα τον οργανισμό να λειτουργεί καλύτερα και πιο ισορροπημένα και συνεχίζω τη χρήση του κατά τη διάρκεια αυτού του χειμώνα.

The last 2 years or so, anxiety and sadness have reached their peak due to some health issues in my environment. My body had collapsed even though I was taking some multivitamins. Intense fatigue, poor sleep quality, and lethargy, resulting in very poor mental state. I have been taking it for 2 months now with my husband and we have seen tremendous difference. I believe that, like with all vitamins, it takes some research to find the one that suits you. We will definitely continue taking them.

Έντονη κόπωση, κακή ποιότητα ύπνου και υποτονικότητα, που είχαν ως αποτέλεσμα την πολύ κακή ψυχολογία. Το παίρνω εδώ και 2 μήνες μαζί με τον άντρα μου και έχουμε δει τρομερή διαφορά. Θεωρώ πως όπως και σε όλες τις βιταμίνες, θέλει ψάξιμο για να βρεις αυτή που σου ταιριάζει. Εμείς σίγουρα θα τις συνεχίσουμε πάντως.

5η μερα χρησης του συγκεκριμενου, ειναι 3 το πρωι και ξυπνησα απ τον υπνο μου εχοντας υπερδιεργεση, κινητικοτητα και χωρις να εχω ορεξη για φαγητο ολη μερα καθως και σηκωθηκα παρα πολυ κουρασμενη.
