The food seems more boiled than steamed. Nevertheless, its low price partly justifies its performance.

Very good for its price. With a little care in its use, it prepares vegetables and rice just fine in 40 minutes. It takes about 5-6 minutes to start boiling. I haven't tried it for fish or meat. A plus is also the fact that it stops automatically not only when the time is up but also when the water runs out.

So far I have only put vegetables and potatoes, but even though I cut them into 3-4 pieces each, even after 20 minutes all together in a bowl, they are not completely soft. That's why minus one star. However, for its price, no matter how much use we get out of it, it is definitely worth it

Very convenient device, I cook rice and vegetables such as: potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot. The vegetables taste better than boiled! Whoever buys it should keep in mind that they need to get familiar with the different cooking times for each food group in order to achieve the best result.

I tried to cook rice in the time the instructions said and measured it with a scale. I put it in for the time it said and it didn't boil. I refilled it with water and put it in again and still it didn't boil.

I don't know how the other, more expensive ones work. But it is very good and fast! Maybe if the quality of the shelves was better I would give it a 5. But I am very satisfied.

Zucchini, potatoes, eggplants, carrots, broccoli, all cut into pieces and evenly distributed in all 3 baskets, perfectly cooked in 20 minutes. It is also easy to wash. As soon as they are done, I throw them all into a bowl, add salt, and mix them. However, I tried cauliflower and it just wouldn't boil at all, so I didn't try anything else. And the rice took 50 minutes!!! There's no reason to use so much electricity!!! Anyway, personally I only wanted it for steaming vegetables so I am satisfied because I set the timer and do my chores comfortably. It makes no noise at all.

I would easily give 60-70€ for the job it does (I bought it for 20€). The cable is 70cm. I read comments saying it's tiny. Guys, learn how much seventy centimeters is because issues arise elsewhere too.

For the money it costs, it is just right, just be careful with the bottom part when washing it because it has the cable; it's better to wash it with a damp cloth

Fantastic device! Cooks perfectly, quickly, deliciously. It takes a bit of experimentation to get the right amount of water for each ingredient. But it's something you can easily check along the way.

I bought it for someone who doesn't cook. And he did. This is a victory for the worth of the item. If you have a friend with lack of time, appetite, or with chronic depression, but wants to become independent, this seems to be the best solution. It is easy to clean. The cable is indeed super small. I didn't see any other negative. It can fit items for 3 complete meals, each with meat-fillet-rice-vegetables. With potatoes instead of rice (if they are sliced), it can fit 2 complete meals.

Positives:
+ It is small and convenient, for one - two people it is great in the quantity of vegetables you will put, so it doesn't take up much space in the kitchen
+ There are recommended times for "cooking", which are written on the device for ease.
+ It cooks fish, meat, vegetables, rice. The vegetables and rice I have tried are great.
Negatives:
- Short cable.
- The build quality is not great but time will tell.

In conclusion:
For the money ~20 euros, I think it is perfect, and I would recommend it to a small family of up to 3 people who want to have healthy meals (or just vegetables as a side dish).

Compared to a famous product, it is a bit slower but cooks better and tastier. I recommend it without any reservation.

You can't control how much water remains during cooking and fill it up. Otherwise, it's fine for its price.

I do not understand what others are saying that the cable is small or that the plastic is very bad or that the water that passes through is not enough for 60 minutes.... not even close. Everything is fine with this machine. The plastic may break if you don't handle it properly, but for 20 euros, it is quite satisfactory. It cooks quickly. The cable is neither too long nor too short... I would say it's okay.

As for the water container, it is sufficient for more than 60 minutes.

The people who gave a bad review do not know how to see the quality-price ratio and that it is very promising for 20 euros. That's it.

Very reliable steam cooker. I have been using it for years and recently bought a second one. It is mechanical and the operating system is simple, so it is more difficult for it to break down compared to a more expensive one I had before. It cooks large quantities perfectly. It requires a little attention during washing or storage because the plastic parts are sensitive

Are we kidding now? Healthy diet with energy saving. And for a few months a year, using it will do you good. It works great. It doesn't leak water like the friend says in the other review (we look at the min and max in the amount of water we put as the application of the parts, at least in mine, is perfect... it can't leak water..) and if you use it triple, you don't even need an extractor fan as the steam condenses on the lid.... and it works on the balcony if needed... silent! ........ It cooks in half the time compared to my old steamer. It is small in size and convenient in the kitchen. I wish it had one more pot.

I have no experience with steam cookers but it is small and takes a long time to start boiling.. I expected slightly larger baskets. It is perfect for potatoes and rice, but for something like broccoli or zucchini that I tried, it was slow.. well, let's say it's okay for a cheap steam cooker, don't expect anything special.

I have bought it here a few days ago. It cooks perfectly, I put rice, potatoes, and carrots. Very good for its price and it also cooks a good amount.

Unfortunately, it was not such a good choice. The water tank is very small, resulting in the water it holds not being enough for 30 minutes of use and needing to be refilled again. Also, the water often overflows from the sides of the device as it "boils" and swells, reaching even the first basket. I always fill the water up to the max mark inside, yet I still use it with a towel underneath to prevent everything from getting wet. Additionally, it does not have a removable and washable water container, so you have to put the entire device under water, risking the buttons or cables getting wet. The positive thing is that it cooks correctly and nicely, but with so much trouble, I have put it aside. Another downside is the short cord; I want to place it under the extractor fan, but it doesn't reach.

You don't want anything more expensive. The steam cooker is simply a kettle. Don't fall for it and go elsewhere...

Very short cable, poor quality plastic that will break if you put a little pressure on it. Of course, for what you pay, you get at 16 euros, don't expect quality. I should have paid 25 euros to get the Russell Hobbs instead.

The cable is a bit short, it could have an extra container for rice, and most importantly, it doesn't have user instructions for beginners! Other than that, it cooks well, doesn't dry out the products (especially the meat). It is easy to clean. Perfect for a meal for 3 people.
