Description

Fiber-reinforced adhesive and reinforcement plaster, cement-based, for the installation of expanded and extruded polystyrene insulation boards, rock wool, etc. on building facades and floors. Kapa 11 offers unparalleled adhesion, high resistance to shear stresses, and guarantees adequate levels of durability for many decades. The same material is also used for covering the boards with the application of special fiberglass mesh as an anti-cracking reinforcement plaster and as a substrate for the final layer plaster in thermal insulation systems. It has zero slip and a long open bonding time.

  • Form: cementitious mortar
  • Water ratio: approximately 7-8L for 25Kg
  • Dry mortar density: 1.4 kg/l
  • Mixture density with water: 2.0 kg/l

Consumption:

  • As adhesive ≈ 2.0-5.0 kg/m2
  • As mesh ≈ 1.3-1.5 kg/m2/mm
