I have been using it for about two months. On the positive side, it makes ice very quickly. The first 9 ice cubes are ready in less than 10 minutes. It doesn't make much noise. It has a nice design and the touch is very good. On the negative side, 1) it makes very small ice cubes compared to others. However, after searching, I found that most household machines make ice cubes of similar size. 2) When the ice cubes come out, you have to put them in the freezer or use them relatively quickly because the machine does not freeze the ready ice cubes in the storage compartment. As a result, if you forget to turn it off, the ice cubes melt and re-form. 3) Another issue I encountered was that if I put the ice cubes in the freezer, after a while they would stick together because they contained some moisture. They only come out of the machine properly even if you put them in as soon as they come out. Then I bought an ice crusher (20€) and the problem was solved. In conclusion, for its price, it serves its purpose and in an hour you have enough ice cubes for a summer party. But it is not a professional machine with a high cost (over 1000€). If you don't have high demands, it works fine. However, an ice crusher is definitely needed.
