    I got a replacement no problem. However, after 1 year of using it, the blade gets stuck frequently and stops working.
    Money down the drain because I can not get it replaced as its covered for only 1 year.

    Purchased in December 2023 to grind fruit cream and food for a 5-month-old baby. After each use, it was thoroughly washed. After 2 months, in February 2024, the supposed stainless steel blade rusted. Contacted customer service and the blade was replaced, except they claimed it was not rust but food residue. When I asked for written confirmation that it was not rust but clean food, they refused. When I asked for the original blades back to send them for inspection to the state health authorities, they refused. The accompanying service paper is damaged. Of course, this will be reported to the relevant state authorities as the baby consumed from this item, posing a risk to their health. See and judge for yourselves if it is rusted or not. There are other photos, but I cannot upload them all

The logic was to make it struggle and see how much it's worth in the end. I also did other tests, like cutting a lot of grated cheese, carrots, etc., hard materials in other words. The machine didn't show the slightest sign of struggle as I expected. It passed all the initial tests and now it sits in the kitchen and works with normal quantities. The BOSCH is worth its money. Get it without hesitation. It's worth it.
