This is the Takamaka Overproof, a delightful white rum. It has been produced and blended in the Seychelles since 2002, cultivated from four different regions. The rum was first introduced in the mid-16th century by the British Navy, inspired by three brothers.
It is made from local sugarcane and distilled in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It is then aged and matured in French and American oak barrels before being blended with aged rum, local spices, fruit extracts, and spring water from the island.
Its flavor is fresh, rich, with tropical fruits and nuts.
