Excellent! I recently tried it to combine energy and hydration during bike rides longer than two hours. It dissolves easily in water. It is almost tasteless or rather has a sugary taste and does not leave the mouth thirsty or, well, it does not make you want to rinse it with water. It is easily digestible and does not cause stomach discomfort. In the first 30-45 minutes of the ride, I take the first two big sips. Within about 5 minutes, you feel the first wave hitting you and it lasts for 15-20 minutes. It is ideal if you do not want an energy bar and water for hydration and energy separately. For long rides, you will need more, 1 sachet every 1.5-2 hours in 500 mL of water. I have not tried combining it with anything else due to a bad experience I had with other products in the category.
