It is exactly as described, with one important exception. It is NOT suitable for the dishwasher, because the external screws are made of aluminum or some similar material, which shows obvious wear after washes, resulting in all 4 external screws being completely damaged and causing very small but visible leaks during cooking.
If you do not intend to put it in the dishwasher, I imagine it is a fine purchase. If you do intend to, do not buy it, because if any surface comes off during cooking after the wear, it is dangerous for your health. The difference in materials is obvious, because the rest of the pot and the internal screws are undamaged, while all the external ones have been damaged in the same way.
