I was taking them for many months, they do what they claim but unfortunately for me they caused an internal "shakiness" as if I had drunk 10 coffees... I couldn't sleep at night until they ran out and I found my sleep and my peace again. Also, as others have mentioned, they leave a residue that does not dissolve, which particularly concerns me. In summary, I won't buy them again, I will look for another product that makes me feel safer.

I take it during my workout and I feel that it helps me with hydration. Personally, I quite like the taste.

They may do the job but I don't like the texture in the glass, it's like soap suds, and in the end it leaves some white residue in the glass... which concerns me because the capsule dissolves and I stir it very well to dissolve... but those white bits remain nonetheless...

I have bought these tablets twice. They are not dissolved easily and the worst thing is that during dissolving, a persistent foam is formed. Taste is also neutral. Not recommended for such a premium price .

They were purchased for my child because they do very demanding training. They were not impressed neither by the taste nor by how hydrating it was as needed. The taste is so-so. The tablet does not dissolve easily. We have bought and used a wide variety of electrolytes, and I can say that I will not buy it again.

Best electrolytes because firstly Elpen is a Greek company. Secondly, it works correctly in the body without side effects. Thirdly, I have been taking two pills a day for 5 months now and I am very satisfied with the purchase I made. I highly recommend it to everyone. Good workouts ;)

The only negative thing is that it contains 20 tablets and you need 2 tablets when exercising, so it's like having 10. It costs about 40 cents per tablet, so you need 80 cents each time. I consider the price to be expensive compared to the competition.

Top supplement! I highly recommend it to those who exercise. 2 tablets are enough for daily replenishment. Tested and compared to a supplement from a German company (which costs twice the price)... Cheap and does what it's supposed to. Excellent!

I bought it cheaply but I didn't notice that it expires in 2 months. Maybe that's why it takes so long to dissolve in water. Overall, though, they are good electrolytes.
