SUPERIOR TIG 252 AC/DC-HF/LIFT VRD Welding Inverter 230A (max)
Microprocessor-controlled TIG welding machine (high frequency HF or LIFT), with pulses (PULSE TIG) and electrode (MMA) for direct and alternating current (AC/DC). It is used for a wide range of materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, nickel and their alloys, aluminum, magnesium and their alloys.
Features:
- PULSE: Particularly suitable for welding thin sheets (<1mm), with increased arc stability and higher welding precision.
- EASY PULSE: Automatic adjustment of pulse frequency and base current.
- THINSPOT: Ultra-modern function for TIG welding of thin metal sheets with minimal thermal load and increased welding quality.
- Adjustable preheating: For better results when welding with alternating current (AC).
- Parameter adjustment: bi-level, start/end current intensity, spot welding time, pre/post gas, etc.
- 2T Function: Press to weld and release to stop.
- 4T Function: Press and release the switch to start and stop.
- SPOT Function: Setting the welding time at the spot.
- TIG – HF: Arc start without contact.
- TIG – LIFT: Arc start with contact, fewer electro-radiated sparks.
- VRD: Voltage reduction system for user safety in wet environments.
- HOT START: Additional electric power for smooth start.
- ANTI-STICK: Stops welding current if the electrode sticks.
- ARC-FORCE: Automatic current calibration during welding for perfect seam.
- Controller and water cooler socket (optional).
- Thermostatic protection from voltage fluctuations, overload.
- Complete with TIG welding accessories.
