    It is my favorite. I eat it daily for the past few years, usually in the morning and evening. I put it in boiled milk (without lactose, which is sweeter and tastier) and cinnamon from Ceylon. Ratio of 250g milk to 50g oats. Once the milk boils, I remove it from the heat and let it covered for 10-15 minutes to swell. I stir it again and it's ready.
    I like its taste and the fact that while it becomes thick like cream, it remains lumpy and doesn't completely turn into mush, like others.
