It does almost nothing for any of the things magnesium helps with, e.g. sleep, cramps, anxiety, etc. Only if you have a complete deficiency will you notice any difference

With this magnesium, it helped with the cramps, but it caused me drowsiness and I would wake up extremely tired, so much that I got worried. I stopped taking it and I recovered. The same thing happened to two other people in the family

I didn't notice that it is 90% oxide, I bought all 300 capsules for nothing. Even though the description says citrate.

The only thing this can help you with is constipation.

Good comments but you need to first do some research on the type of magnesium that suits you. This product contains magnesium oxide which may bother you quite a bit.

It is truly an exceptional product! To me, at least, it seemed to work right from the start. Leg cramps during sleep stopped, as well as headaches from neck pain and poor posture at night on the pillow. Next time, I will buy the larger package to cover both my needs and those of my spouse, even though only one capsule is required per day.

I give it 5 stars, an excellent product indeed. I consider Swanson to be the top in vitamins, especially specializing in magnesium. It works perfectly for me, especially in terms of sleep and muscle fatigue, especially during the summer months when the problem with cramps is intense. However, it should always be taken in combination with calcium, as these two complement each other and are necessary for balance in the body. Taking magnesium alone (or calcium alone) is very likely not to lead to the desired result, although this specific formulation is excellent without any doubt.

Flawless product, which is very good in terms of price and quality. I highly recommend it, however, while I used to take other magnesium supplements before bed, I now take it in the morning and it gives me a lot of energy!
