I don't know what therapeutic properties it has. I eat it with a spoon from time to time and it has a rich, thick taste while the mgo200 wasn't as tasty as this. Now if it's good for me, I have no idea.

In my opinion, the cost outweighs the (any) benefit: I have tried 3 monofloral manuka honeys, this one and two from the company Manuka Doctor of similar MGO grade, all certified by supposedly independent certification bodies from NZ. I was left with a very poor impression that the container for all of them is plastic, that all had a collection date on average 2 years ago, and that all three had different textures and flavors from one another. I set aside the fact that we are talking about conventional honey, it is not mentioned anywhere if it is raw or not, and I won't even discuss the price. In my opinion, there are excellent Greek honeys (thyme, pine, fir, chestnut, etc.) from reputable producers that surpass in all aspects (see publications in PubMed, International Journal of Food Science and Technology, etc.)

Incredible honey with amazing body and velvety texture. The best thing I have ever tasted in my life. Great for health and I recommend taking a small spoonful every day and keeping it in your mouth for a while to fully enjoy its flavor. You won't regret it, even though it's a bit expensive.

On the 3rd day, on an empty stomach with 1 spoonful of sugar, it skyrocketed to 170.
It felt like I was eating plain sugar.
I got bitten by mosquitoes after 12 years.
My girlfriend's migraines came back after 1 year.
The taste and texture are like lemon-water-sugar after boiling.
