The Evryviadis Slave "mixes" the mild pressures from all the local white varieties that he vinifies, with the exception of Robola, in a blend with 50% quality Roditis that he buys from the heights of Aigialeia.
The Alchemical does not lose anything from the character of Slave's wines, nor does Evryviadis himself make any distinction against him in relation to his other wines.
Native yeasts, long contact with the lees, low sulfur and very gentle filtering, in a wine with maturity and minerality that reminds of a sea breeze in the glass. The Alchemical has nothing to envy from Slave's top winemaking and of course offers a truly exceptional value.
Ripe fruit takes center stage along with spicier, mineral aromas and floral notes of dried flowers and dried fruits.
In the mouth, it has a nice texture and medium volume, balanced acidity and citrus peels with ripe apricot and banana. It is extremely pleasant to drink and does not lack personality and special character.
It is not intended for long aging but for 3-4 years it will develop nice complexity in the bottle.
