The privately-owned traditional vineyards of Vassiliou Estate are located on the slopes of the wider Koropi area, covering an area of 150 acres with well-drained limestone and copper-rich soils. Here, the Savatiano and Roditis grape varieties are cultivated, from which the estate's eleven different wine labels are produced.

The winery of Vassiliou Estate is the first visitable winery in the area, established in 1980 by George Vassiliou. It is a modern European unit, equipped with suitable machinery such as horizontal presses and stainless chilled tanks for fermentation control and preservation of the rich aromas of the wines. Several meters below the earth's surface are the wine aging cellars.

  • 100% Savatiano.
  • The grapes are sun-dried for 10-15 days.
  • Aged in new French oak barrels for two years.
