Amazing machine. Just what I needed to create pyrography artwork with soft shades ranging from very light to pitch black burning... I've had it for a year and I am very satisfied. It has three different tips, the first two are for writing or fine details and the third one is the most important, as it does all the shading as well as the intricate details... As you can see in my photo, you need to bend the third tip about 45 degrees inward, so that it sits better and works well for burning. Give it a try if you want. I made the lion exclusively with this third tip.

Very good machine, although I am relatively new to pyrography, I was struggling with one of the simplest pyrography pens on the hard and durable wood that I cut myself from fallen tree trunks. No matter how much I rubbed them, the surfaces were rough and uneven, making it very difficult for me to burn the wood evenly. But I managed to do it over a very long period of time, and at first, I didn't want to invest in something better because I wasn't sure if I would continue to enjoy pyrography. But I got hooked and fell in love with it. I go to sleep thinking about what I could create and wake up with the same exact thought. So now I say, rightfully, that I deserve the best tool available at least here. And indeed, this is a wonderful tool. I cried when the pyrography pen glided on that rough wood like a marker on a glossy page. Truly wonderful.
