The purchase was made about 2 years ago. In the first use, we tried to put 10 plain A4 sheets without staples or anything else, and the machine simply stopped working. We informed the store where they replaced it. The second device was almost the same. It could cut 10 sheets, but it struggled a lot. After 2 years, it broke down. We put a lot of paper volume in the machine and it did the job. However, in the last year, it heated up very quickly and we had to stop to let it cool down. It is worth it for moderate to small tasks, it has power. But for something more demanding, it will give you a hard time. Also, it claims to cut cards, but it simply cuts them in half once.

I use the machine in my office for relatively small work volume. So far, it has fully met my expectations and I consider it to have a very good quality-price ratio. It can accept several sheets together (I put about 10 each time) and cuts them into small pieces, so it doesn't fill up quickly. The ability to shred CDs and cards is also very helpful. I would have liked it more if more lubricating sheets were provided (e.g. 5 instead of 2).

I use it in the office for small volume work. It is quite good and because it cuts into small pieces, it doesn't need to be emptied often, compared to other shredders that cut into strips and fill up almost immediately.
