Description

Stanley Fatmax® electricians' screwdrivers flat and phillips insulated set of 6 pieces (0-65-441)

Features

  • Industrial-grade insulation 1000V a.c. tested according to EN60900:2004. This means that the screwdriver is suitable for tasks up to 1000V a.c.

  • The soft dome at the end allows for faster rotation, offering speed and comfort to the user
  • Sandblasted tip for improved torque and corrosion protection
  • Large and soft handle for high torque during screwing and great comfort. Additionally, the thin neck allows for high rotation speed for quick or more detailed work.
  • Blade made of high-quality chrome-vanadium steel for high torque without the risk of tip breakage
  • The handle is molded directly onto the blade, making their connection unbreakable
  • Extremely durable polyamide insulation on the blade makes it impact-resistant even at -25° C and ensures abrasion resistance and minimal moisture absorption.

  • Very good screwdrivers. I am buying them for the second time as the first set lasted me a respectable 4 years, with daily use in panel construction.

As electrician screwdrivers (I imagine), they have a plastic coating on top of the metal. This meant for me that the screwdriver I wanted (the larger one) couldn't fit into a very narrow hole of a UPS that I wanted to open, because it encountered the extra plastic. So keep that in mind for such cases. I had to get another screwdriver without plastic coating. Other than that, they seem fine.

  • A very honest set, I think for amateur use. It has good and soft grip, and it seems sturdy construction. The test nothing special. It is strictly for electrical use, as the tips can easily wear out if used incorrectly. value for money for now!

I have the entire range of insulated tools and I honestly wonder about those who write that they are useless. They are perfect for ELECTRICAL applications. If I take it and start using it for chiseling, for carpentry, for general ironwork, then yes, maybe it won't hold up. I use them daily for three years now, on panels, clamps, switches, and anything related to cables.
No tip has had any issues. The handles are excellent and even if they get dirty, they clean easily. This series is a copy (with a lower price) of the Facom ones since the latter has been acquired by the Stanley group.
    Highly recommended!

For professional use, I do not recommend them. They broke easily with a little extra force. If you need to screw something once in a while, they are very good

For amateurs, it's fine. For professionals, they are useless, they fell apart within a year. Of course, I wouldn't buy them again.

Very good screwdrivers, they have a nice non-slip handle and they are sturdy. They are worth their money.
Update after 2 years of use: the screwdrivers are very good and especially the handles have not been damaged at all, but the tip in the front, because it is magnetic, is not as hard as it should be, resulting in gradual wear and tear.

You should know that it doesn't magnetize the screws very well, otherwise it will show how durable it is.
