    For me personally, the metal ones are better because you can use pliers, for example, to adjust the diameter with a little pressure depending on the brush, either to open it or tighten it. For example, the Nipavo Pogotonomia Men Line II. Now, this particular one is fixed, which means that if your brush doesn't fit, that's it, you can't do anything about it—that's the only downside. Other than that, for its price, it does the job just fine
