    The rubber is generally good, it just comes without the handles. You can still use it without them, but I think they should at least change the image. As a rubber, though, it seems durable and it is indeed quite hard. I use it for my legs, so I'm not bothered that the handles are missing, but if someone wanted it for their hands, they would be disappointed.
