While it appears so flexible and soft in the picture, it comes with a hard rubber that you can barely open your hands with. And while in the first picture it seems like an open rubber with two ends, in the next ones it shows the rubber connected, which makes its use even more difficult. No resemblance to the photos. It is excessively impractical for exercise with a very small surface area. It doesn't suit anything
