Specifications
A blend of 80% Avgoustiatis and 20% Mavrotragano, from the vineyards of Sparveri and Agios Dimitrios at an altitude of 400m. The must is immediately passed through the press and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using laboratory-isolated yeasts from the vineyards. The wine is bottled after a short period of contact with its fine lees.
