    I bought the bike 3 years ago for my little one from a store. It has stayed there. Where do I begin? It is not comfortable, it is heavy, the brakes are so hard that I can't even press them, it requires a lot of strength to pedal. The front basket constantly leans. Because I have seen the same bike with a friend and it was perfect, I don't know what to say. Did ours just happen to be faulty?
