The DAP-1610 is a wall-plug Wi-Fi extender that boosts and enhances the existing Wi-Fi signal for greater coverage and dual-band speeds of up to 1200 Mbps.

Features

  • Extend your Wi-Fi signal
  • Dual-band 2.4 GHz + 5 GHz with speeds up to 1200 Mbps
  • Two powerful antennas
  • Ethernet port
  • Works with any Wi-Fi router

Bring life with signal to dead zones

Plug the device into an outlet to extend your home's wireless network and start enjoying a fast and reliable wireless connection, even in hard-to-reach areas.

3.6 times faster

Wireless AC provides Gigabit wireless speeds up to 3.6 times greater than the performance of the most common type of Wi-Fi found in most households.

Dual-band wireless for effective performance

The 2.4 GHz band can be used for everyday tasks such as web browsing, while the high-speed 5 GHz band has less interference and congestion, offering better performance and a lag-free wireless experience for video streaming, online gaming, and large file transfers.

With LED signal strength indicators, you can find the ideal spot in your home to dramatically increase Wi-Fi signal coverage and eliminate dead zones. And full compatibility with older technologies means you'll be able to connect any wireless device to the extender.

Quick Installation

Use the WPS button with a simple press on your router and extender to boost your Wi-Fi signal range in seconds.
Or take your phone and connect the extender with one of the powerful D-Link routers using the free QRS Mobile app to connect to your home router.

In my case, it works correctly whenever it wants to. When I had reset it and it was "fresh," it played very well. After 5 days, it started distributing the internet erratically. I have it connected to the router with a LAN cable and it provides to devices and another extender. When I tried to make the 1610 extender work, it didn't cooperate with other extenders, while my Tenda extender is "bulletproof." Unacceptable for its price, I believe it has an issue and I will send it for repair within the warranty period.

I have had it for 2 months.
You can plug it into any socket you want in the house, and through the app, you connect it incredibly easily. In signal transmission, it loses quite a bit because it is connected to a Router (worth 350€), while the devices have vdsl 50ghz and work perfectly, the repeater doesn't even reach half of half, and because I play PUBG, the lag is terrible. All this on the 5ghz band and on the 2.
But if you want it for YouTube, Social media, and video calls, I highly recommend it.

The speed is limited to about 1/4 of the router connected within a good signal range. The 5GHz band easily disappears in two rooms away. The app application is downright unacceptable and also constantly disconnects (a common issue with all repeaters). Returned.
