I messed up.

I didn't realize that it doesn't require brushing. After the first cooking, I brushed it and it got destroyed immediately. The coating came off the surface and in the next cooking, the pieces of the coating stuck to the food.

Maybe it's only suitable for fish or vegetables and doesn't require any brushing after cooking, because if you cook steaks without brushing, the burnt parts don't come off anyway.
