    I tried it to make an omelette in the oven and it turned out very good. Good quality, it doesn't stick and it's easy to clean. Note: If you happen to leave it (whether it's pans, pots or even plates) with residues for hours, it would be good to pour warm water inside so that when you wash it, it will clean more easily without having to scrub it and you won't damage it. For plates, you put water in a basin and place them inside. As Greeks, as known, we let them dry and wash/clean them whenever we feel like it...
