The Carneros region in Napa Valley, California, is the home of this Chardonnay, ranked among the best and most renowned in the world, from a legendary producer!

The grapes are harvested in the morning dew and gently pressed in whole clusters to preserve the energy and aromas. Seventy percent (70%) of the juice is fermented in French oak barrels (12% new) and the rest in stainless steel tanks to maintain the intensity of the fruit.

Then, a partial malolactic fermentation takes place, keeping the acidity and complexity alive. Each batch remains in old barrels with the lees and is stirred regularly throughout the nine months. The wine is bottled in October.
