Users generally report that the remote is compatible with Philips TVs and works right away, while looking very similar to the original. It has been used successfully with TVs of different ages and only needs batteries to work. However, one user mentioned its mediocre quality and questioned its long-term durability.
Very good remote... Exactly like the old one of the TV, it has good range... It works perfectly, I've had it for 2 months...
The only thing I can say is... I was saved. The original one had no contact with us anymore, it had driven us crazy. It's fine for the little money it costs. It will show in time, of course... how long it will last
I used it on two televisions and both worked perfectly. One is 4 years older than the other!
It did its job and it is indeed compatible with the TV I wanted it for. It looked very similar to the genuine one.
