I love the company's products but I wasn't excited about this particular one. I found it quite sticky and heavy and it makes the hair greasy.

It moisturizes well. Preferable for normal hair. Otherwise, by the second day, it needs washing. Other than that, nothing special in my case

It has a fantastic scent!! I leave it in my hair for five minutes and rinse it out with water. My straightening lasts for several days after I straighten it once, very good heat protectant

It is the conditioner I thought it was the oil, however very nice product with the oil together that I tried later perfect results together!

I have bleached hair and it is quite dry.
The scent of it really travels and lasts a long time.
I had bought the smallest bottle to try. However, I still don't have a complete picture regarding hydration.
Yes, I do see them shinier but not as moisturized as I would expect.
I will buy the larger bottle and come back.

I have quite thin hair, I apply a lot of heat to my hair daily, and I can say that it really does what it promises. I saw a big difference in the quality of my hair, especially in the ends. It leaves the hair very soft and does not weigh it down at all. The price is a bit steep, but it is worth it due to the amount of product and the job it does

It caused me irritation, greasiness, dandruff, and pimples on my back.
Both this and the corresponding shampoo are unacceptable.
Once I threw them away, all the symptoms stopped.

Awesome product. It requires continuous use to see a difference. Both in terms of hair health and the quick length of my hair. The whole range of this specific brand is amazing.

I probably had high expectations, just like with the shampoo from the same series, based on the silk from the same series which is definitely the best in its category. It is a simple conditioner, I didn't see any improvement even though I have very dry hair. It left them soft like any regular conditioner would. The packaging of the 355ml is really small, the 946ml is very expensive, for what it promises, it wasn't worth it for me, I won't buy it again.

Amazing!!! I was sure that I wouldn't be disappointed by this product and indeed I wasn't! I love the company in general. It leaves the hair really soft like silk. Of course, I will buy it again!

It moisturizes satisfactorily and helps to comb more easily, but I did not notice a remarkable difference in hair quality when combined with Chi infra shampoo, even though my hair is simply dehydrated at the ends. The Chi keratin conditioner is excellent for me and by far better than any conditioner I have tried so far.

It is very lightweight, ideal for oily and/or thin hair as it does not weigh it down. It leaves the hair light, soft, and hydrated.

I got confused and bought this instead of silk. The only thing I can mention is that the hair is easily combed, but they don't remain easy to comb the next day and the day after, like with silk... It works fine for protection from the hairdryer...
