I got it mostly for fatigue. I don't exercise much. I take it occasionally. It works only when I take it (just 5ml) every morning on an empty stomach. If I take more or with food, it gives me a slight headache. It works better than MCT oils for those on keto. If you have kids at home be careful because it tastes really good and the packaging looks like fruit juice
